Whether you're just beginning your autism journey or looking for a team that feels like a true partner, I'm grateful you've taken the time to learn more about our story. Choosing the right provider for your child is one of the most important decisions you'll make, and I hope that as you learn more about NeuroBloom, you'll see the heart, purpose, and commitment behind everything we do.
My name is Betty Tia-Conger, and I am the Founder & Executive Director of NeuroBloom Development Center. For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of supporting children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities and partnering with the families who love them. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about helping individuals reach meaningful milestones while empowering parents and caregivers with the tools, confidence, and support they need along the way.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across home, school, clinic, and community settings. My approach has always been rooted in evidence-based practices, individualized care, and the belief that meaningful progress is measured not only by the skills a child gains, but by the confidence, independence, and quality of life those skills create.
While my professional experience has shaped me as a clinician, my greatest inspiration comes from my role as a wife and mother. My husband, Nicholas, and I are raising two wonderful young daughters,
and our youngest daughter has been diagnosed with Autism
Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Experiencing autism through the eyes of
a parent has given me a perspective that extends far beyond
textbooks and clinical training. I understand the excitement of
celebrating every new milestone, the uncertainty that can
accompany difficult decisions, and the importance of having
professionals who truly listen, collaborate, and care.
That personal journey became the foundation for NeuroBloom
Development Center. I created Neurobloom because I believe
exceptional ABA therapy should feel personal. Every child deserves to
be known for who they are, every family deserves to feel supported,
and every treatment plan should be thoughtfully designed around each
child's unique strengths, needs, and goals. NeuroBloom was intentionally
built as a boutique practice where meaningful relationships, individualized
care, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
When families choose NeuroBloom, my hope is that they feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported from the very first conversation. I believe parents are essential members of the treatment team, and that lasting progress happens when clinicians and families work together with trust, respect, and a shared vision for each child's future.
More than two decades into my career, I remain inspired by the resilience of the children and families I have had the privilege of serving. Whether celebrating a child's first spoken words, greater independence, or a breakthrough that once seemed impossible, I consider it an honor to be part of each family's journey.
